High potent filter-dryer super skid

Nutsche filter-dryer for the filtration and drying of high potent APIs

3V Tech has designed and built a complete plant for filtration and drying of high potent APIs. The system is composed of a Nutsche filter-dryer combined with a series of high containment isolators suitable for treating hazardous APIs such as small molecules and high potency.

The complete system had been supplied as a turn-key plant together with steel supporting structure, stairs and ladders, interconnecting piping and valves and ancillaries process equipment for powder milling, handling and pack off.

Several technical solutions had been developed for this specific skid in order to let the clients operate and maintain the whole system safely according to CPT: 10 ng/m3 (OEL - 8Hr TWA).
