Increase performance and production

In order to ensure a new manufacturing contract with Merck SA, Grupo Azevedos, an international pharmaceutical group, has invested 2M euros approx. in their own plant unit  Sofarimex with a new Groninger high-speed liquid filling line.

This high level of automatism and control drives Sofarimex to a highest level of quality decisive for Merck.

This project consists in a range of products distributed between sterile and non-sterile drops and nasal spray, which will be distributed essentially to the international market.

With an expected production volume of 14 million units / year and rising expectations, given the ongoing submission in several countries, this is an important project to increase this unit production still further.
