Crassula Pharmaceuticals announces the launch of QuanticSphere™ (PQNS), a proprietary phospholipid-based nano-delivery technology designed to improve the bioavailability, stability, and controlled release of nutraceutical and functional ingredients. The platform addresses absorption limitations commonly associated with lipophilic and poorly soluble actives and is available for ingredient and CDMO applications.
Crassula Pharmaceuticals has launched QuanticSphere™ (PQNS), an advanced phospholipid nano-vesicular delivery platform developed to address bioavailability challenges in nutraceutical and functional ingredient formulation.
QuanticSphere™ PQNS is based on cationic phospholipid nano-vesicles engineered to enhance intestinal transport, protect sensitive actives from gastric and enzymatic degradation, and support controlled, sustained release. The technology is designed to improve systemic exposure while maintaining gastrointestinal tolerance and formulation stability.
The platform has been validated across multiple ingredient categories, including polyphenols, minerals, and multi-ingredient formulations. Applications include curcumin, magnesium, and complex joint-health matrices, where PQNS has demonstrated improved absorption efficiency, extended release profiles, and enhanced ingredient stability compared to conventional delivery formats.
QuanticSphere™ PQNS is available as an ingredient-level delivery platform and can be integrated into finished dosage forms such as capsules, tablets, powders, and customized CDMO formulations.
