MOEHS's HPAPI UNIT

Moehs Group has recently incorporated to its capabilities a GMP compliant Kilo Lab Unit for the development and commercial production of High Potent APIs (HPAPIs).

Moehs Group has recently incorporated to its capabilities a GMP compliant Kilo Lab Unit for the development and commercial production of High Potent APIs (HPAPIs). This unit involves 2 isolators with a containment level down to 0,1 µg/m3 OEL.Two reactors, two Nutsche filters and a tray dryer are the main equipment of this unit for scale-up or commercial manufacturing of batches up to 1 kg.

These two units complement the existing Development laboratories, Pilot Plant and large-scale industrial plants of the Moehs Group by contributing with additional scale up steps and the potential for small GMP commercial productions.
