PharmExtracta launches Gabapral® Drops with Bifidobacterium adolescentis PRL2019®

PharmExtracta expands the Gabapral® range with a new oil-based drops formulation containing Bifidobacterium adolescentis PRL2019®, a precision probiotic strain selected for its GABA-producing capacity. The new 20 ml format provides a convenient option for daily probiotic supplementation.

PRL2019® was selected for its distinctive GABA-producing capacity. The strain has shown the ability to express the gadB and gadC genes involved in GABA synthesis and release, supporting PharmExtracta’s scientific approach to the gut–brain axis and intestinal wellbeing.
Gabapral® Drops combine this strain-specific approach with a practical oil-based formulation designed for easy daily administration.
Each 20 ml bottle contains 300 drops, with 10 billion live cells in the recommended daily serving of 10 drops. The drops can be taken directly or diluted in a liquid at room temperature and can be conveniently stored at room temperature.
The new format complements the existing Gabapral® stick packs and further expands PharmExtracta’s Precision Probiotics portfolio with a flexible solution particularly suited to pediatric use.
Recommended use: 10 drops daily for at least 3 months.
