Purell SP170G

Purell SP170G Soft PP copolymer for healthcare applications

 Purell SP170G is a polypropylene copolymer designed for Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), Blown Fill & Seal (BFS) and Blown Film conversions
It provides an excellent balance of mechanical (softness, toughness) and optical (transparency) properties, combined with good processability

The material can be sterilized in autoclave at 121°C, keeping good aesthetics and mechanical properties after sterilization

Its good toughness and optical properties would allow use in full PP multilayer films, enhancing recyclability

Typical application areas: BFS IV bottles and ampoules, Blow molded bottles, Film for IV bags, soft components in closures and other medical devices.
