Sleever® strengthens its international growth
Sleever® strengthens its international growth
and enhances its machine range through the acquisition of Karlville Development
SAS France’s business.
Paris, October 30th, 2025 – The Sleever® Group, a historic and globally recognized player in the sleeve labeling
industry, announces, following the liquidation of Karlville Development SAS,
the acquisition of the drawings, data, and both tangible and intangible assets
associated with the Tampertec, Startec, and Combitec machine ranges developed
by Karlville Development SAS.
Through this strategic move, Sleever® intends to ensure the long-term continuity of Karlville Development
SAS’s tamper-evident application technologies (also historically known under
the Scheidegger brand). With over 50 years of expertise and internationally
recognized quality in shrink-sleeve machines, the Sleever® Group now has the resources to manufacture and improve these machines,
while providing dedicated after-sales service and technical support to both
current and future users of these equipment.
By integrating these proven technologies into its portfolio of
solutions, Sleever® continues its commitment to providing customers with
innovative, sustainable, and high-performance equipment that meet the highest
industry standards. This approach is fully aligned with the Group’s strategy:
to combine innovation, quality, and long-term customer support.
In parallel, Sleever® is pleased to announce
the integration into its teams of several employees previously working for
Karlville Development SAS. These experts will bring their expertise on maintenance,
improvement, and development of the Tampertec, Startec, and Combitec machine
ranges.
