Tilting filter-dryer

Nutsche filter-dryer for the filtration, drying and full discharge of APIs

3V Tech has designed a new generation of filter-dryers which allow a full discharge of the final product in a safe and automatic mood.This filter-dryer can be operated in a vertical position as a standard filter and then it could be tilted by first 90° for drying and then by about additional 90° for the full discharge of the finished product.
The filter can be operated fully automatically from remote and discharge and pack off operations are dislocated in a different room from where the filter-dryer is located with significant safety advantage for the operators. The split valve which connect the filter-dryer with the discharge and pack-off system is certified up to an OEB 5 containment level.
