Fabre CDMO provides its industrial expertise in the manufacturing and
packaging of oral solids and non-sterile liquids as well as its wide
capacity on 5 industrial plants, for the benefit of external partners.
The
GMP plant in Gien (France) can handle large volumes of dry form products
(tablets, capsules, sachets) and liquids (syrups, sprays) till their packaging,
including serialization. The
cGMP plant in Aignan (France) is specialized in the manufacture of hard
boiled sugar lozenges for OTC products (pharma & dietary supplements).
Different production lines offer variable capacities, from batches of 65kg to
large volumes of 5 tons using a full automatic continuous manufacturing process
(500 kg/h). This up-to-date technology of continuous flow enhances the
production capacity as well as product quality and security, while reducing the
production cost.
The GMP plant in Cahors (France) specialized in
the manufacturing and packaging of dietary supplements and small series (capsules
into bottles, filling of essential oils; etc…) And,
2 international plants in Vietnam (Ho-Chi-Minh City), and Tunisia
(Tunis) specialized in dry forms, dedicated to facilitate the
commercialization of your products on the local markets, respectively in the
Asean and African regions.
