High density PEPperCHIP® Peptide Microarrays with up to 25,000 linear or cyclic constrained peptides allow for the discovery, validation and engineering of peptide therapeutics or protein ligands. PEPperMAP® Peptide Discovery can incorporate full D-peptides, N-methylated or phosphorylated amino acids, and is applicable for de novo peptide designs, random peptides or the validation and optimization of peptide lead candidates from display or AI prediction technologies.
