Metapack supplies DOD-UV printing system for in-line customization of erected cartons: INCI,codes, logos and nuance, printed on two panels, simultaneously.

Vericode TTF-X machine represents a radical innovation in pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.The printing group is equipped with two jetters, able to costumize two adjacent panels of filled cartons, in line. 


DOD-UV systems preserves the integrity of the package without introducing discontinuity on thechromatic aspects of the packaging.


The result is a very high resolution digital print for variable data, replacing the label.A great saving in consumables and much improved feel&touch look, not to mention the verywell-known resistance of the DOD-UV inks to abrasions and humidity.
