ActiveCount

Product Description

ActiveCount100H is your portable, compliant microbial air sampler engineered for reliable viable air sampling in cleanrooms and other critical environments. With a fixed 100 LPM flow rate, self-adjusting flow control, and flow rate alarming, it delivers accurate and repeatable sampling performance while its HEPA-filtered exhaust prevents re‑aspiration of sampled air into the monitored space. The unit features a stainless steel, chemically compatible enclosure designed for frequent wipe downs and sanitization, and an autoclavable impactor head, dust cover, and petri dish holder to support robust aseptic workflows and minimize cross‑contamination risk.

Every ActiveCount100H supports continuous, periodic, and gas sampling modes, making it suitable for routine environmental monitoring, extended sampling campaigns, and compressed gas applications within a single platform. Operators can configure up to eight sampling volumes, 50 user names, and 400 location names.
