Aghetto syringe is an innovative  syringe designed to be used with only one hand and  to reduce the risk of needle-stick injuries.
Aghetto syringe needs only one hand to detach the cap from the needle and the needle from the syringe, the other hand is free and can be used for other tasks (e.g.holding a medicine vial, a cotton ball,  a venous cannula , other medical tools or - in veterinary medicine - to keep the animal still)
Aghetto syringe is easy to use (just turn a tiny wheel) and to produce (just add a tiny wheel to the common syringe during the assembly process).
