AIRJET CLEANING MACHINE

This machine operates on the principle of bottle back pressure, which will be supported by the turn table to conveyor where a star plate is provided which runs mechanically. Also, there is a clutch given for the damage prevention. The role of the star plate is to push the bottle into inverter. There are three zones: first of all inverter which reverse the bottle; second is the cleaning area where air-pressure is to be provided; and vacuum section is to be presented where dust is to be collected; the vacuum section is connected with the dust extractor.
