Alfacalcidol (CEP, GMP, ASMF) - Vitamin D3 derivative, used to treat osteoporosis and calcium disorders Rickets and osteomalacia insensitive to vitamin D. D, postmenopausal and age-related osteoporosis with concomitant deficiency of vitamin D or its active metabolites, hypocalcemia (especially in people with diseases leading to impaired hydroxylation of vitamin D in the kidneys), calcium metabolism disorders in patients with chronic renal failure, osteodystrophy of renal origin, hypoparathyroidism, nephrotic syndrome in children after long-term treatment with glucocorticoids.
