Amlodipine besilate inhibits the trans- 3x10's, 10 x 3 x 10's membrane influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac KLODIP-10 muscle. Amlodipine besilate binds to both dihydropyridine and nondihydropyridine 3x10's, 10 x 3 x 10's binding sites. Packing: Box of 4 x 7's, 10 x 4 x 7's, 10 x 10's, 3x10's, 10 x 3 x 10's. Indications: Amlodipine is indicated for: Hypertension; it may be used alone or in combination with other anti- hypertensive agents, chronic stable angina; it may be used alone or in combination with other antianginal agents, confirmed or suspected vasospastic angina; it may be used alone or in combination with other anti-anginal agents.
