Primarily used for aqueous or sugar coating of tablets up to desired weight and drying the tablets.
Tablets can be loaded automatically using an LPD.
Tablets are initially pre-heated inside the machine and then after reaching the desired temp the coating starts using atomizing type spray guns.
After desired weight of tablets is reached the coating stops and tablets are further dried for the coating to dry and latch onto the tablets.
We offer tubular baffles inside our auto-coater primarily because it does not have a sharp edge and will not scrap the tablets like rabbit ear design does.
Tablets and then automatically discharged using a tablet shoe and 100% tablets are removed.
