For manufacturers of parenterals, ASYS Life Science offers customized, GxP-compliant systems for fully automated loading or unloading of filling, inspection and packaging lines. Thanks to our advanced gripper technology, we can reliably handle various products such as vials, ampoules, carpoules or auto-injectors. The system increases efficiency, significantly reduces strain on employees in their daily work and lowers failure rate. In an inspection line, for example, vials can be automatically depalletized, buffered, singulated and buffered, nested and palletized again after inspection at a speed of up to approx. 220 parts per minute. There is space for two pallets each at the infeed and outfeed, which corresponds to an autonomy of up to 3,000 vials with a volume of 50 ml per pallet.
