AUTOMATIC COUNTING-CAPPING MONOBLOC CM-50

The CM-50 consists of a monobloc unit that integrates a variety of operations in just one machine, to guarantee very high levels of efficiency in the crucial counting, filling and capping phases. Suitable for solid products, this machine counts each tablet, capsule, pill and hard or soft gelatine. Depending on the type of production and specific customer requirements, the machine can accommodate operator protection (RABS) or product protection systems (Laminar Flow). All parts in contact with the product (hopper, vibrating trays, pre-counting tubes, product funnels), can be easily removed for cleaning, or maintenance. The monobloc integrates a performing intermittent motion station for bottle capping. With this station, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 50 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (pressure, screw-on, pilfer proof, etc.) can be handled.
