BIM-900

Product Description

The BIM-900 is a fully automatic line for producing and assembling secondary packaging for pre-filled syringes and injection pens. In a single continuous cycle it forms the outer box, builds the internal insert, positions the product by robot with precise placement, then closes and delivers the finished pack — up to 900 assembled boxes per hour.

Two pack formats run on the same line, so one machine covers different products and batch sizes without a dedicated setup for each.
From automatic feeding to final delivery, the whole process runs end to end with no manual product handling.

Every line is engineered around the customer's packaging, not the other way round, we start from the specific requirement and build the machine to fit it.
