Biocatalytic access to chiral amines

We have a large panel of 2-oxoglutarate dependent enzymes (>150). These enzymes have a large substrate scope catalysing hydroxylation, epoxidation, desaturation, demethylation reactions. We offer access to our panel to customers interested in exploring this chemistry for derivatizaion of your substrates.

We developed and patented a combination of enzymes to access N,N-dimethyltryptamine and its derivatives (5-MeO DMT, psilocybin, psilocin, triptans). We look for strategic partnerships to advance the development of this bioprocess.
