Product Description

Pre-mixed recombinant human insulin combining 30% soluble (regular) insulin with 70% isophane (NPH) insulin in a single presentation, delivering bolus and basal cover from one injection. Indicated for type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients suited to a twice-daily regimen. Manufactured by Regenix at its dedicated sterile insulin facility in Chennai, India under WHO-GMP and Schedule M. Each batch is released against identity by LC-MS, purity by RP-HPLC, potency by cell-based bioassay, sterility (USP <71>) and bacterial endotoxin (USP <85>). Supplied to licensing and distribution partners with a complete CTD/eCTD dossier (Modules 1-5, ICH M4) including ICH Q1A stability data and country-specific Module 1 adaptation.
