Uniform mixing or homogenisation is indispensable for further processing and the quality of the product. We offer various systems that blend your powders and granules safely and uniformly, based on the principle of free-fall blending without an agitator. When fastening the barrels or containers, you have the choice between manual or automatic clamping devices. We also want our blending systems to be as flexible as possible. Small scale blender: Scale-up system for product development on a laboratory scale with subsequent upscaling to the desired production quantity Pedestal blender: For containers in a wide range of sizes (100 l – 1500 l). Column blender: For containers and drums in a wide range of sizes (100 l – 2000 l).
