Product Description

It can be directly connected to the air outlet of the polishing machine after the capsule filling machine, and a certain number of capsules can be extracted regularly. The difference in filling volume can be checked one by one according to weight (excluding unqualified products). The device can directly feed back the average and deviation of the capsule filling amount to the automatic control system of the capsule filling machine.
It is also possible to manually sampling a certain number of capsules and pour them into the vibrating feeding plate, and the checkweigher will automatically check the weight of each capsule. The operator then adjusts the filling and measuring mechanism of the capsule filling machine based on the detection and statistical results.
