Cleaning, Sterilizing and Drying in Place of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Cosmetic equipment is the most appropriate and safe method for managing  all critical and frequent operations.
OLSA  wide experience in engineering and manufacturing equipment and complex systems for liquids, semisolids and solid products allow to design and manufacture the most appropriate CIP/SIP/Drying units which are fully automated and able to perform successfully all different operations.
OLSA CIP/SIP units are provided with one or two purified water buffer tanks, sanitary heat exchanger to heat up the washing solutions, detergent/chemical dosing groups in order to optimize the cleaning in place.
A full control of the process parameters such as flow, pressure, level, conductivity, pH and TOC are secured by top level instrumentation, managed by an appropriate control system.  Contact us for more information.
