The delabeling machine makes it possible to remove labels and adhesives completely and
without leaving any residue from pharmaceutical glass vials. The patent-pending
process is carried out by means of two high-pressure waterjet nozzles rotating
around the vial. The cap of the bottle is protected during the delabeling-process.
The entire process is particularly gentle on the product and the sensitive
contents of the bottle. A cooling system ensures that the vial doesn’t heat up
during the delabeling process. The wet vials are then efficiently dried
completely using compressed air.
The labels
removed by the high-pressure waterjet are automatically transported out of the
machine and collected in a Big-Bag.
Due to
short changeover times, all vial sizes from 6-500ml can be delabeled. Further sizes upon request.
