Fully sealed inlet and outlet, automatic clean-in-position (CIP), sterilization-in-place (SIP), to meet the aseptic requirements of biological production；Special liquid seal design to reduce shear forces and improve product quality and yield;
One-piece stamped and molded stainless steel discs with fully welded ribs and Ra<0.4um;
Powerful modular design comes with all auxiliary modules to ensure fast and safe production;
Fully automated operation, with screen playback function, remote monitoring and maintenance, with audit trail & electronic signature;
A full set of validation documents in compliance with GMP is available.
Trial service is available to allow customers to test the performance of the equipment under actual production conditions to ensure that it integrates perfectly with existing production processes. Provide customized technical support to help customers optimize their process.
