We have developed novel combination of marketed individual Dutasteride and Tadalafil (Avodart + Cialis) for BPH indication. The combination of tadalafil with dutasteride provide better therapeutic effect in improvement of BPH and LUTs symptoms while reduce adverse effect profile particularly Erectile dysfunction (ED) and decreased libido. Our novel combination tablet is just 8mm in size which reduce concerns around dysphagia (swallowing problem) and polypharmacy, eventually driving compliance

The product development is completed and Bio-equivalency established between our product and RLD’s (Avodart + Cialis). We are in-process of filing formulation patent.

Global market for Dutasteride & Tadalafil in BPH is ~955M USD. Our plan is to launch this product globally. We are seeking partner for registration and global launch.
