Product Description

ebeam is SKAN's Annex 1-compliant solution for transferring pre-sterilized RTU tubs into isolator filling lines, combining transfer and surface sterilization in one continuous, inline step. Three long-life electron emitters deliver validated surface sterilization on all sides while full lead shielding keeps radiation exposure far below legal limits, so operators can run the system without dosimeters or time restrictions. With throughput of up to 6 tubs per minute in a compact footprint, ebeam suits both large-scale manufacturers and CDMOs handling varying tub sizes and suppliers, and can be integrated into new lines or retrofitted into existing ones. SKAN backs the system with a full-service package covering cycle development, validation, dosimetry, and training.
