An EcoVadis assessment is evidence-based. Answers are credited only where formalised supporting documents back them up, and where documentation is absent, the analyst reads it as a management system that is not effectively implemented.

Methodology V10.0 has applied since January 2026 and tightened what counts. Certifications in progress are no longer accepted, coverage is calculated on employees and sites rather than revenue, and energy and GHG reporting must cover 95 percent of operations.

We are an EcoVadis Accredited Consulting Partner. We support rated companies through questionnaire completion, document review and scorecard analysis, working from your actual operations.

    1. Gap analysis of existing management practices against the EcoVadis methodology — which of the 21 criteria apply to you, and which of your answers has nothing behind it.

    2. Document analysis and review. The questionnaire takes a limited number of supporting documents, with eligibility and age rules. Deciding which of yours earn a place is the work.

    3. Questionnaire support — what each question asks, and checking responses before submission.

    4. Scorecard analysis, and support in implementing improvements through the Corrective Action Plan.

    - Most companies have the measures and do not report them. EcoVadis' own 2026 data: 80 percent have ethics measures, 38 percent report them.

    - 21 percent of every theme score comes from external stakeholder input, outside the questionnaire.
