Empalimet 12.5/2.5 XR TABLET: Each film coated extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin 12.5 mg, Linagliptin 2.5 mg & Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg. Empalimet 5/2.5 XR TABLET: Each film coated extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin 5 mg, Linagliptin 2.5 mg & Metformin Hydrochloride BP 1000 mg. Empalimet 10/5 XR TABLET: Each film coated extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin 10 mg, Linagliptin 5 mg & Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg. Empalimet 25/5 XR TABLET: Each film coated extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin 25 mg, Linagliptin 5 mg & Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg. This combination of empagliflozin, linagliptin, and metformin hydrochloride (HCl) indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
