Formulation and process development

Do you have an NCE that needs to be formulated in a solid dosage form or having challenging process and formulation questions, then XEDEV is your partner to assist you, as we are specialised in formulation and process development through drying, granulation, tableting and/or coating processes.

Proof of concept tests can already be performed on very small batches. Results of these tests allow us to further develop the formulation and process based on in-house expertise.

After completing the formulation and process development, the process is ready for a scaling-up preparation step. For this step, the critical process parameters are identified together with the main quality attributes of your product using DoE principles. This information allows us to determine the process window making your product is ready for transfer.

Production batches can be performed on GMP and technical scale.
