The HealthStar factory rebuild returns Weiler blow/fill/seal machinery to like-new condition with modern controls and cGMP upgrades. Each major subsystem is stripped, refurbished or replaced, and recommissioned. 

HealthStar offers new molds and critical tooling designed to meet customer requirements. Our customers have the option to procure new molds and tooling from HealthStar, or may decide to utilize refurbished molds and tooling from our available inventory. Full EU Annex 1 machine design compliance packages are available.
