Helium Leak Detection Technology for CCI

PTI offers helium based leak testing solutions for container closure integrity testing.  

PTI's SIMS 1915+ LT80 package represents the first time a ready to order, off the shelf, Part 11 compliant helium leak testing system specifically configured for low temperature testing down to -150 C for ultra cold storage CCI applications.  

PTI's offerings and industry experience have been used to establish global test standards (ASTM F2391-05) for these regulated industries, enabling package development, qualification, and routine testing to the highest standard. Preventative maintenance, service, and calibration programs are tailored to meet quality system standards and ensure proper instrument operation for years to come.

Leakage is quantified to levels well below the Maximum Allowable Leakage Limits (MALL) of most product package systems, ideal for package development qualification and validation.
