High Clean Nested Prefilled Syringe's Packaging

We are manufacturing "High Clean Nested Prefilled Syringe's Packaging" in our factory. ・Headerbag ・Coated Lid ・Tyvek®Insert Nested syringe packaging is known to generate a lot of particles when opened. To prevent those particles from falling into the syringe, it is common to place a Tyvek®Insert in the nested tab. However, the insert themselves contain a large number of particles,causing particles to fall out of the insert and into the syringe, which has been a longstanding problem for customers. To prevent this,we deliver our products to customers with particles removed from the insert using our foreign material removal technology(High-Clean technology),which we have cultivated through the manufacture of sterilization bags for many years.
