Product Description

High Speed Vial Processing Line. Can include washing, depyrogenation, filling, stoppering, crimping, labeling and tray loading. The High Speed Vial machine features a high-speed continuous motion design for filling and closing of vials and cartridges. Servo drives allow for maximum versatility. Up to 36,000 containers / hr. Adj. main transport system for quick and easy size changeovers. Containers are separated and individually fed to main transport system. Gassing is available as an option. Precision force control for crimping and integrated visual inspection system ensures that the containers are properly sealed. Laminar flow friendly operation inside a Class A clean room. Use RABS or in an Isolator.
