Product Description

HVHD series is a multistage vacuum system specifically designed for giving High Displacement under High Vacuum required in many critical pharma & Chemical applications. It comprises of ARYA series Dry scroll vacuum pump in combination with BR series twin lobe vacuum boosters.Working principle involves use of two interleaving scroll to pump. The scroll geometry may be Archimedean or hybrid curves. One of the scrolls is fixed, while the other orbits eccentrically without rotating, thereby trapping & pumping or progressive compressing pockets of fluids between the scrolls. The compressed gases move towards the center for exhaust.
It is a fully automatic vacuum system equipped with pneumatic valves & control panel containing flow switch, oil level sensors, temp sensors, lights & hooters for quick damage control and safety. System comes with additional safety feature like automatic shutdown that reduces risk of breakdown.
