Long Life separator System

Long Life is a monodose cap for active ingredients, as probiotics and multivitaminics, that are prone to biodegradation. Long Life is the only one-piece separator cap available on the world market. The structure of Long Life single-dose cap allows a reduction in water activity thanks to  the sealing with a polylaminate foil  that provides greater stability than a traditional separator cap, maintaining the probiotic/vitamin  content unchanged and thus guaranteeing storage of the product and its dosage until use. The Long-Life cap prolongs the life of the ingredients and is able to provide an effective barrier against external humidity. Today it is the only separator with reduced environmental impact, for each pack 55% of plastic less is used, if compared with traditional separator systems. That's why it can be defined as an eco-compatible product also for the possibility to use GREEN, recycled or compostable. Long.Life is an easy-to-use packaging, you just have to push the top of the cap to release the active content; then you just have to shake and unscrew to remove the cap from the bottle, breaking the tamper evident seal.
