Marlin Blue - Blister/Pin hole Inspection System

Marlin Blue is a Blister Inspection Machine that can be retrofitted on any blister packaging lines to verify and inspect products in the blister pack.The system has been designed to inspect defects in the tablets or capsules on different types of blisters, it can inspect any kind of tablets coated, uncoated, bi-Layer or capsules hard gel, single-coloured, dual-coloured, soft gels, printed capsules. Marlin Blue tracks the defective product including the blister pack into which it is packaged, and automatically rejects the relevant blister pack. it can support packaging speeds of up to 600 blisters per minute. The system is adaptable to any number of variants of products through a semi-automated calibration procedure enabling the easy addition of new products.

Marlin Blue Pin hole detection system checks for the pin holes on the blister pockets and provides a higher angle of view/inspection than the existing systems in the market using a camera based technology.
