It’s a unique three components assembly, all-plastics: stopper, fixture and flip-off cap. It will be fully manufactured in ISO 5, Guala Dispensing Pharma own facility, and ready to undergo either gamma, or steam or ETO sterilization. Characterized by an innovative all-plastics design, it allows the glass vials to completely avoid the use of aluminium tear band, and therefore make the filling-line process easier, safer and more efficient. The new closure is a snap-on application, granting the perfect closing and sealing of one hundred nested glass vials in one shot. Minerva requires a specific neck design of the glass vial but it is suitable for the all the main sizes currently on the market as the 13mm and 20mm diameter. The flip-off cap can be manufactured in a wide range of colours, which allow customer branding and final product diversification and applications.
