Product Description

Our line of stainless steel mixer/dissolvers is suitable for all pharmaceutical application fields, the systems are fully customizable according to user needs.

There are many combinations, mixing, dissolution and thermoregulation of the product, liquid analysis, weighing and dosing using dedicated sensors.

Processes can be monitored with accessories such as: mirrors, portholes, in-line visual mirrors.

Sensors range from programmable weighing systems that combined with controlled valves manage recipe dosing and process analysis sensors such as conductivity meters, phmeters and others.

They can be equipped with CIP and chiller cooling systems.

Also available for processing under vacuum or positive pressure conditions according to PED regulations, managing processes via electromechanical panels, HMIs or SCADA systems.

Executable for ATEX environment as well.

    Mixer with inverter and regulation with marine propeller (+ breakwater) up to 1500rpm.
    Load from top lid (liquid and powder).
    Discharge with manual flush bottom drain valve.
