New product generation from GEMÜ: A leap into the future of valve designs

GEMÜ D40/D41: These pneumatically operated diaphragm valves are specially designed for aseptic manufacturing processes. The sealing concept of the valves is based on the newly developed GEMÜ diaphragm, which achieves an improved service life through design changes. The difference between GEMÜ D40 and GEMÜ D41 is in their installation. While the GEMÜ D40 is installed using four collar nuts, the GEMÜ D41 is installed via the innovative EasyLock technology using a central thread without any loose components.

GEMÜ S40: A pneumatically operated globe valve which is characterized by a wide media and ambient temperature range.

GEMÜ P40: A pneumatically operated tank bottom valve which is equipped with the patented plug diaphragm technology (PD). This seal was specially developed for the tank bottom valve.
