Europe’s most widely used Alert Management System for pharmaceutical stakeholders to collaboratively investigate, manage, and resolve EMVS/FMD alerts efficiently.

NMVS Alerts is a central collaboration and alert management platform designed for OBPs/MAHs and other pharmaceutical stakeholders, including End Users, NMVOs, and NCAs. The platform enables structured alert investigations and information exchange in line with EMVO Alert Handling Guidance.

OBPs/MAHs can manage alert workflows on a batch level, initiate investigations, request pack photos or returns, and document conclusions directly within the system.

NMVS Alerts provides all stakeholders with an up-to-date overview of alert information, supporting transparent collaboration between NMVOs, OBPs/MAHs, and end users to resolve alerts efficiently and meet regulatory obligations.
