Hypertriglyceridemia ManagementPrimary Use: Lower severe hypertriglyceridemia (≥500 mg/dL) in adults, reducing pancreatitis risk.Mechanism: Inhibits triglyceride synthesis in the liver and enhances clearance from VLDL particles.
