Advanced Water Purification Process: The purification process begins with water pre-treatment, where the feed water passes through a softening and filtration stage. The pre-treated water is then directed to a break tank, and from there, it is pumped through a series of carefully selected membranes, chosen specifically according to the feed water’s characteristics. Deionization for High-Quality Water: After passing through a series of quality measurement sensors to assess its purity, the water is treated by a deionization module to produce high-quality Purified Water (PW). Continuous Circulation & Sanitization: The system ensures continuous circulation of the purified water, preventing contamination. It is equipped with a sanitization system, which can be operated using either hot water or chemical sanitization methods, maintaining optimal hygiene. Fully Automated Operation: The entire system is fully automated, managed by an advanced electrical control panel with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for easy operation and monitoring.
