Engineering Approach for Pharma Projects We deliver pharma facility projects through three progressive phases — Concept, Basic, and Detailed Engineering — each building on the previous stage's outputs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and cost predictability from strategy through to construction. 1. Concept Engineering Concept Design provides a strategic view of the facility, defining its purpose, scale, quality standards, and compliance framework. It bridges client expectations with regulatory requirements and sets the foundation for all further engineering stages. The focus is on scope clarity, quality assurance, compliance, and early cost–time predictability. 2. Basic Engineering Basic Engineering defines layouts, equipment, utilities, and P&IDs; finalizes cost, procurement, and design packages; and aligns project scope with budget and regulatory requirements. 3. Detailed Engineering Detailed Engineering develops the final design based on basic engineering outputs, producing complete specifications, construction drawings, and documentation. It ensures all systems, equipment, and utilities are fully defined, coordinated, and compliant, enabling construction, procurement, and commissioning to proceed without gaps. Together, these three phases move a pharma project from strategic intent to a fully coordinated, buildable design — with each stage acting as a checkpoint that protects scope, budget, and regulatory compliance before the next stage begins.
