Pharmaceutical Packaging Innovation

NVC project Pharmaceutical Packaging Innovation Packaging is the temporary integration of an external function and a product to enable the use of the product. In healthcare, the product is the medicine and the user not only is the patient, but also the healthcare professional or the person who "simply" supports the patient in taking medicine. In this project, we jointly analyze trends in the packaging of medicines and medical devices worldwide. We support innovative improvement. We share reliable and up-to-date information. And we help professionals to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with NVC courses. The next annual meeting of the NVC International Working Group Pharmaceutical Packaging Innovation will take place on Thursday 25 June 2026 at the Bio Science Park Leiden, the Netherlands. The meeting is Live Hybrid: so you can participate in the venue, or - and also interactively - online from your own location anywhere in the world.
