PWD laboratory filter/dryer

PWD laboratory filter/dryer is designed to fit laboratory scale testing with the functionalities of isolation (solid/liquid separation), washing and drying of specialty compounds (e.g. APIs, fine chemicals etc.). The filter has a filtration area of ca. 0.015m2 and a maximum chamber capacity of ca. 5liters, however allows to process much smaller quantities of products (<0.5liter). The design of the PWD technology (PWD filter/dryers) offers scalability from the laboratory level all the way to the commercial level. Consequently, the test results observed with the PWD laboratory filter/dryer offer almost perfect insight into what can be expected when it comes to operational performance of PWD pilot filter/dryers and PWD commercial filter/dryers.
