Packaging machine for RTU primary packaging

Our high-performance packaging machine is specially designed for RTU primary packaging such as syringes, cartridges and vials. It processes primary packaging nested in tubs or trays with maximum precision and efficiency. The process begins with the feeding of intermediate and sealing layers, followed by the secure sealing of the containers and optional inkjet or laser labelling. Finally, the machine packs the containers in single or double bags. Our own inspection solution "A&D INSPECT" is used to ensure the highest quality and safety. The compact design, simple operation and integrated quality controls ensure maximum process reliability and flexibility – ideal for sterile packaging processes in accordance with GMP standards.
