SEMI PILOT LABORATORY - CDMO SERVICES - ADL BIOPHARMA

ADL BioPharma Semi Pilot Laboratory is an important stage in the process development of products based on fermentation and microbial biotransformation.

The Semi Pilot Laboratory is equipped with fermenters ranging from 5 to 65 L. The goal at this scale is to prove the technical feasibility of our customer´s processes, as well as to improve and/or fine-tune their productivity and yield. The works carried out at our Semi Pilot Laboratory can be scale up in the Pilot Plant where ADL has fermenters of larger volumes (100 L to 2,000 L).

This capacity together with a wide technology experience and great flexibility make ADL Biopharma the ideal partner for the development of a variety of products and processes based on microbial fermentation and biotransformation, including cosmetics ingredients, food supplements, biopolymers, etc.
